For Croatia I am curious to find out what was the decision not to register a team. It is surprising because despite finishing 7th last year they were quite competitive pretty much throughout the season. When they have everyone out they can beat every team. Hopefully we'll see them back.

WV Flying Horses-Harps 0-0. We are keep dropping points. This one the we finish the game with 9 men and Harps with 10. All and all pretty even game with few chances in front of the nets.
NSCL top 2 teams are the same calibre as VMSL Masters Division 1 mid table. I mean look at Norvan. They always used to finish top 3 in the NSCL and when they moved to VMSL 3 years ago they nearly got relegated to Div. 2 two years in a row. NSCL should only have 1 team in the provincials.
