Re: Re: Langley Premier Home Games

Field is going in at the oval at LSS aka Neil Mcleod aka Map. Same field we played on last year. It has started and is scheduled to be done by labour day.
As far as Millar is concerned, not to my knowledge. There was a rumour of somebody whose name was...
Langley Premier Home Games
New turf in Langley hopefully in time for September. Because of slots and they way they are looking at alloting the fields, the township and not the FVSL, looks like Friday night is an option but for 9:00. Any thoughts? We are leaning towards it only because we...
Millsy,Hubs,Dude
Piss takes aside, regardless of any decision moving forward by the FVSL or BC Soccer, Langley will not be fielding a team. Speak to your coach Millsy, I bumped into him Sunday and it seems through his trail of e-mails to have the best and most logical take on it. It is up on...
SFC GATE VIDEO AT 11
In the latest twist, it seems Langley was not allowed to forfeit the game to GEU this week because it has not been officially awarded to us until BC Soccer makes their ruling. This is expected to come down early in the week or by June. At this point we will officially...
Huh?
Is it just me or is anybody else having trouble following the judges train of thought? Sounds like a celebratory beverage or two may have been consumed.
Cards
Good topic. Can't say I disagree with anyones comments yet. What does the VMSL do or are we under BC Soccer regs here? I know it is not the premiership here but they have a five card allowance before suspension. If the refs were a bit more consistent it might not be such an issue but I...
hubs,dude
Langley would be extremely fortunate to be able to field a team this weekend, no newcs, no keep, no Ohl. If all 14 or 15 of us were chomping at the bit to play again I would be behind it 100%. I have gotten to a point where I really don't care about this saga any longer. Don't forget...
I will throw my two cents in re the lang/sfc situation. The week of the game I e-mailed Fuge and asked him about the eligibility of one of our cat guys who had been injured and not played a presidents cup game. I got a very clear no back with the explanation that you play where you are signed...
All piss taking aside, as a FVSL player and supporter, I am happy to see GEU make it through. No disrespect to PAU or Poco as these are two very good sides, I can see GEU with their size and physical prescence give a couple of VMSL teams a good scare.
Congrats and good luck.
For those looking forward to the big Lang SFC battle in Pak, FVSL site now shows Rangers on the turf Friday and the premier guys on Sunday on the turf.
Re: Moaners
I don't think anybody who has contributed to this moaning discussion has said they never partake in this past time. All teams do and many individuals do. All part of the passion and intensity thrown into this great game. But as I said there is a line where it not only pisses off...
Re: Re: Re: lfc
Come on, throw out the 8-0 cause it was raining, the 3-0 cause we had already sewn up 7th so not much at stake, and the 2nd half way back in Sept, we played you pretty tough and were unlucky not to have been up at the half.
Re: lfc
Thanks, you have put me in my place. However, re your advice, NO KIDDING. Thanks for pointing it out again...
Sounds like you are are still a little edgy after Friday. That could have been embarrassing.
To Aves,
Actually I was the clumsy oaf. Never like to see anybody knocked out of a game but for all the clumsy fouls I have been involved in this year, sorry Marcus, that was one the tamest. Yes it was a foul, yes it was called, everybody else got on with it including the referee and your...
