6. North Delta SC Rangers
Long name, similar results. They can't quite compete with the big boys as age is beginning to set in, however are not in the relegation zone by any stretch.
Age is a factor? NDU has merged with SFC Rangers. 10 new faces are between the ages of 34 and 39. I don't think...
gomesy,
Don't get me wrong, I love this tournament. I have played in it many times myself. But as Lean mentioned to respect the integrety of the tournament, is a joke. It is a great weekend with tons of good football and laughs, but a tournament of Nations, I think not!
Respect the integrity of the tournament? The Nations Cup is a absolute joke when it comes to playing integrity. They have players suiting up for 3 different nations in 3 different years. They really need to clamp down on teams poaching players to "maintain" the integrity of the tourny.
With the exception of the last 5 min when the Caps started to push, the whole game was shite. I would have been better off saving my 35 bucks and gone to SS for the Pak finals.
On a side note.... Teal Bunbury is a quality player, it's a shame he decided to play for the states.
SFC Rangers over ND 2-nil. Even first half, Rangers pissed on ND in the second. ND is young, dumb and full of cum, they will be a good team in a couple of years.
SFC Rangers 3-nil over Langley All Blacks.
We went up 1 in the first half and carried the majorty of the play. They picked up their game in the second half and missed a golden opportunity to tie by mising an open shot from about 6 yards out. We scored our second about 3 min later and the game...
Captain,
I would assume they made the majority of money from people purchasing food and drinks ($6.95 for a small glass of beer). It's a good thing I did get a free ticket.
Why are they not cutting the league down to 12 teams? Have all teams play each other twice, create more competition and eliminate the wishy washy teams.
PS. The Rangers are too old, fat and ugly for prem football.
sureyu
BCPL will not get squashed. Too many people have too much involved to let it die now. Worst case senario, the top 4 VMSL teams do not go to the BCPL and they fill the spots with lower ranking teams. I personally think if BC soccer states 9 out of 12 provincials spots go to the BCPL it will force...
