Ya seems like Aldegrove Lightning were asleep the first half of the season, but now they are on a roll. Perhaps they picked up some players after the college season ended? Nonetheless, provides for more entertaining games/a better league.
Knights vs pacific? could even the table out or put some distance between some teams. Rockets vs North Coquitlam would be interesting to watch but i think Rockets should win.
its definitely the away team that has to change. Reason that got changed starting last year was that the home team has to worry about setting up the field/nets so its the visitors job to change kits. Sounds like he was being retarded.
no call ups yes, correct. convenient that some transfers and "call downs" took place that week. Not that it made a big difference..like I said the team is still in a better class than the rest of the division. But lets not distort the facts the club system is to praise for the success.
Can't disagree with you really...from the beginning of the season I figured united, POMO, and the royals would finish in the top 3 anyways. Then the rest of the division I had no clue about until games started being played.
haha - of course they did, it's POMO. They "use the club system to a T" remember? Regardless, I saw the game as i know people on both teams. POMO was much better, the knights aren't in the same class as either the gunners or united, yet. Both POMO and United are clearly teams that can compete...
Well said
.
For the record, I also watched the div 1 game between North Coquitlam and Langley after yours, and the Dynamo will do well in div 1. The pace and skill you guys play with is much better than what I saw between those 2 teams. Good luck!
Saw the game - clearly and obviously dynamo were the better side, but the game was surprisingly close and not as one sided as I expected it to be. Any thoughts from either side?
in all fairness...it was a typical, playing for the upset, win. No doubt that NFS Milan is the better team and more skilled...obviously. howvever NCUSC did come to play for once in their lives. They took advantage of the 2 scoring chances they had and defended the hell out of the rest of the...
go for 2nd place...i want to see the Lions as far down the table as possible. Not only that....you never know if when they "re-align" the divisions next year if there will be an extra spot or not in the new Div.3
apparently they didn't want to play in march so we rescheduled for this week...Then they tell us they don't have enough to play this weekend and that they're just going to forfeit. We would have liked a run at the 3RD PLACE lions. hope to god they stick around for Div 4 next year. only good...
Lee, well done. i could not believe my eyes when i saw that result....i have been waiting for this moment the whole year. i still double check FVSL to make sure it wasn't a typo but all i got to say its about damn time. great work
