Each week of the Fall season, CanPL.ca will highlight the top five Volkswagen Premier Performers of the Week, while updating the overall standings as players from across the league compete to top the table and win a new Volkswagen Jetta GLI. Here are the 5 VW Premier Performers of the Week:
1) Terran Campbell (Pacific FC) – 86.91

Terran Campbell continued turning heads in Week 19, scoring against Forge FC to secure a point for his Pacific FC side, and becoming the first player in league history to score double-digit goals. With 10 to his name, Campbell continues to lead the CPL's scoring charts, and you can bet he'll add even more to his tally down this final Fall stretch.
2) Tristan Borges (Forge FC) – 85.76

Another week, another stellar showing from the Bekker and Borges show. While Kyle Bekker probably deserves a nod for his assists, Tristan Borges and teammate Marcel Zajac just get the edge for their goals. Borges has been somewhat quiet recently, but don't forget about him just yet – with another goal to his name, the dynamic attacker is as potent as ever.
3) Marcel Zajac (Forge FC) – 81.46

Talk about a stellar account opener. Marcel Zajac found the back of the net for the first time in Forge orange, and couldn't have picked a better time to do so, scoring the winning goal in a 905 Derby tilt against York9 FC. He earned praises for his effort, of course, and head coach Bobby Smyrniotis is certain that won't be the last goal Zajac scores for his side, either.
4) Nathan Ingham (York9 FC) – 78.53

On the flip side of the 905 Derby spectrum, Nine Stripes goalkeeper Nathan Ingham once again impressed with a series of saves that kept his team alive when it mattered. While Marco Carducci has the nation's attention for his Canadian men's national team call-up, Ingham continues to put in the sorts of performances that have made him a worthy challenger to the goalkeeping throne.
5) Monti Mohsen (Forge FC) – 76.05

Another young Forge player who turned heads this week, Monti Mohsen found the back of the net for the first time in Forge colours, too, giving his team a slight lead over Pacific in an eventual 1-1 draw. With Forge feeling the full effects of a stomach bug picked up in Honduras, depth pieces like Mohsen stepped up to the plate and shone brightly in Week 19.
