Experienced Spanish midfielder Jose Galan will return to Winnipeg and Valour FC in 2o20. Galan, 34, was confirmed by the club Friday. The central midfielder made 13 appearances for Valour in 2019 after joining the club midseason from Saudi Arabian side Al-Jabalain.
