Independiente in the Round of 16 of the 2021 Concacaf League, advancing to the quarterfinal stage in the process. CPL announced Wednesday changes to the 2021 regular season schedule are on the way to accommodate the extras matches for Forge in both competitions. No CPL club has featured in a CanChamp final, though Forge is slated to in a since-postponed abridged 2020 edition.
