Canada Soccer announced on Monday afternoon the dates and locations for three of the four quarterfinal matchups in this year’s Canadian Championship. Up first, in an all-Canadian Premier League showdown, Forge FC will host Valour FC at Tim Hortons Field in Hamilton on Wednesday, September 15. Up next is an MLS-against-CPL doubleheader on September 22: reigning Voyageurs Cup champions CF Montreal will visit Wanderers Grounds in Nova Scotia to take on HFX Wanderers FC, and Jimmy Brennan’s York United will head to BMO Field for a local derby clash with Toronto FC. Kickoff times for the three quarterfinals have not yet been announced. The only confirmed quarterfinalist yet to know their fate for the next round is Cavalry FC, who won their preliminary round tie over FC Edmonton in mid-August. They will await the winner of the match between Pacific FC and the Vancouver Whitecaps, to be played at Starlight Stadium this Thursday, August 26 (10 pm ET/7 pm PT). All Canadian Championship matches can be watched live on OneSoccer.
